This apartment belongs to our friends Sarah and John. It is on the first floor of the Puerto Pinar Apartments. It is tastefully furnished and fully equipped throughout to the same high standard as the Penthouse and number 40.

It has two bedrooms, one double and 1 twin therefore it is ideally it will accommodate 4 people. However the sofa will also sleep a small adult or a child.

This apartment is situated just below our apartment number 40 and also has a furnished balcony which is bathed in sunshine all afternoon and overlooks a full size flood lit swimming pool.

All bed linen, towels and even beach towels are provided.

Please note: for those guests wishing to book this apartment with more than 4 people in their party they do so on the understanding that they will accept the the alternative sleeping arrangements as indicated above.
