The Guardamar penthouse apartment accommodation will sleep up to 6 people and comprises of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom . The sofa will sleep a child or a small adult and there is a z bed available. A travel cot and high chair is also available. Number 40 apartment will sleep up to 5.
In Guardamar it is important to be able to eat out to take advantage of the long sunny days. The Penthouse allows you to take full advantage of eating outside as it boasts a large fully furnished private roof top terrace with extended views over the Parcuet Natural and the sea and the marina in the distance. Both Guardamar Peurto Pinar Apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout including a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and effective electric ceiling fans, satellite TV, video and DVD. They are in the same small complex and approximately 5 minutes walk from a major supermarket and 15 minutes walk away from many shops, restaurants and magnificent sandy beaches. One beach caters for all types of water sports to keep the family amused. The beaches of Guardamar are renowned as being some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca!
Close to Guardamar is the ancient cosmopolitan towns of Alicante, Benidorm and Torrevieja which offer a variety of activities for all age groups. Torrevieja boasts one of the largest water parks on the Costa Blanca also in Torrevieja there is a massive street market on a Friday morning and one of the largest marina's, the 'Torrevieja Marina' also why not visit Terra Mitica in Benidorm and Benidorm Palace.
You don't need to hire a car during your holiday in Guardamar as if you want to visit the splendid tourist attractions in Alicante, Benidorm and Torrevieja the public transport is excellent! The local travel agent in Guardamar also runs a bus to major attractions like Torrevieja's magnificent water park, Benidorm Terra Mitica Benidorm Palace at an excellent price.
Also situated close to Guardamar and Torrevieja are three major golf courses, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campccamor for golfing holidays. Villamartin golf course is considered to be one of the best courses on the Costa Blanca!
